Who can book Milano Museo Card tickets?

The Milano Museo Card is an open-date nominative subscription with free entry to all the Civic Museums of Milan. The Milano Museo Card entitles you to free entry to the Heart to the Hands: Dolce & Gabbana exhibition.

The reduction offered cannot be combined with any other reduction on tickets.

Who can book reduced €15 tickets?

Groups of minimum 15 and maximum 25 people, visitors aged 6 to 26 year-old, visitors over 65 year-old, Touring Club members with card, FAI members with card, ticket holders participating in the “Monday Museums” initiative (Museo Poldi Pezzoli / Museo Teatrale La Scala), military, off-duty law enforcement, teachers, other partner categories.

Who can book reduced €12 tickets?

Holders of the Lombardia Museums Subscription, Orticola Members (card valid for the current year), Students (maximum age 25 year-old), Disabled People with less than 100% disability.

Who can book special reduced €8 tickets?

School groups (not universities); groups organized directly by the Touring Club or FAI (the pre-sale fee must not be applied); employees of the Municipality of Milan (upon presentation of the badge – only one guest is entitled to the reduced price 13,00 €); Civil Service volunteers working in the Municipality of Milan (upon presentation of the identification card); non-accredited journalists with an OdG card bearing the current year stamp.

Will there be special events?

There will be dedicated and exclusive events during the months of the exhibition. Please refer to the exhibition website for any special details or access.

Will I be admitted if I arrive late to the exhibition?

Yes, but you may be subject to additional delays. It is at the discretion of the ticket office staff to determine the most appropriate time to authorise entry when it occurs outside the time slot chosen at the time of purchase.

I can’t find my tickets, how can I get them back?

Unfortunately, without a ticket you are not allowed to enter the exhibition. Please keep your tickets safe after purchasing them.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Unfortunately it is not possible to reschedule your booking once you have made your choice.

Are there reduced tickets for visitors with disabilities?

Visitors with disabilities are entitled to a reduced ticket of €10, including an audioguide (where applicable). On arrival you may be asked to show a report according to Law 104/92 or, for foreign visitors, equivalent certification.

Disabled visitors with a 100% disability are entitled to enter free of charge. Free admission is extended to accompanying persons with disabilities who are not self-sufficient and extends to the right to avoid the queue.

Is admission free on the first Sunday of the month?

No, From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce & Gabbana is hosted inside the Palazzo Reale, which does not participate in this initiative, as it is not a museum and doesn’t have a permanent collection – but functions as an exhibition space for temporary exhibitions.

Is it mandatory to book a ticket in advance?

Advance booking is not mandatory for access to the exhibition, but strongly recommended to avoid waiting. On busy days such as Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, entry cannot be guaranteed to visitors looking to book on arrival. Ticket offices at the Royal Palace are open during opening hours.

Reservation is always mandatory for group bookings.
